Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the event details you choose to provide, including date, location, venue, event type, requested experience, and message.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, confirm availability, discuss event requirements, prepare service details, prevent misuse, and maintain the website. Submitting an inquiry authorizes event-related follow-up; it does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Service providers

The booking form and chat widget are provided by LeadConnector. Information submitted through those tools is transmitted to and processed by that provider on our behalf. Clicking “Chat with us” loads LeadConnector and sends your IP address, device and browser information, coarse location, and session or interaction data to that provider. LeadConnector may set cookies or use local storage for operation, security, attribution, and conversation continuity.

Retention and sharing

We retain information only as reasonably needed for event follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers that support these purposes or when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing craig@craig.bet. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
